Troubleshooting: Recover subscription status

 On iOS:

1.      Go to Menu > Subscription. If you don’t see the Subscription tab, proceed to step 4.

2.      Tap Get 7 DAYS FREE & confirm purchase.

3.      Subscription status should be restored. If not, proceed to step 4.

4.      Go to phone Settings > iTunes & App Store.

5.      Tap your Apple ID, then View Apple ID. You might need to sign in.

6.      Tap Subscription > Cancel Subscription > Resubscribe.

7.      Subscription status should be restored. If not, please contact us through the Help & Feedback tab on the app’s menu.

On Android:

1.      Go to Menu > Settings > Protect My Stars.

2.      Grant access to your contacts. 

3.      Subscription status should be restored. If not, continue to step 4.

4.      Open Google Play.

5.      Go to Menu > Account > Subscriptions > Cancel Subscription.

6.      Return to the app.

7.      Go to Menu > Subscription.

8.      Tap Get 7 DAYS FREE and Resubscribe.

9.      Subscription status should be restored. If not, please contact us through the Help & Feedback tab on the app’s menu.
